A man has been arrested over the daylight mugging of an elderly woman in Chelmsford. Yesterday at around midday, a man grabbed cash from the woman in Melbourne Avenue and ran off towards St Nazaire Road. A police helicopter was deployed after the incident and was seen hovering over the Melbourne area of the city looking for a male suspect.
