A burglar has thrown a brick through a window to gain access to an address in TilburyDetectives investigating a burglary at a property in Russell Road, have issued an EFIT of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.The intruder threw a brick through the window of the house at around 9.40pm on Friday, July 31.
