UK Power Networks have been fined £1million after a jogger died after running into a low-hanging 11,000 volt cable in Essex.

Drug research scientist Dr James Kew, 41, was electrocuted after running into the high-voltage cable which had come down to head height on the footpath he was running on near Newport.
